Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise, homemade preferred
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons minced shallot or onion
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 to 10 ounces crumbled blue cheese, cheap grocery store stuff preferred

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine everything but the cheese.
  2. Stir in the cheese.
  3. Refrigerate for an hour or two before serving.

Makes about 2 cups.
