Tuna Pate

Open and drain the can of tuna.

Peel the onion and garlic and quarter the onion.

Place the onion and garlic on a food processor and mince very finely.

Add the tuna and continue to mince.

Add the mayonnaise and the cream cheese and continue to mince until the ingredients are well mixed and smooth.

Put the pate in a pretty bowl. Put the bowl on a large platter and surround with crisp crackers, such as Triscuit. Serve.
