Mulled Cider

• 1/2 gallon apple cider
• 4 cinnamon sticks
• 2 apples, studded with cloves
• 5 allspice berries

Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat, taking care not to boil the mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and serve while still warm.
