Pan Bread

Mix ingredients together in a bowl, until dough forms.

Form the dough into a round flat shape. Place in dry, clean frying pan on stove on low. Cover. Let cook until dough is a light golden brown, then flip. Same on other side.

This is a recipe that goes back to the colonial days of New Spain (now New Mexico). This makes a wonderful ritual bread. Simple, and tasty!
