Combine flour baking powder and salt together and set aside. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan; cool. When cool add eggs, one at a time, mixing well between each. Add flour mixture and mix well. Add chips and nuts. Spread in a jelly roll pan; bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Do not overcook. Batter is very thick. Cut in to squares when cooled.
