Goddess Moon Cookies

Place the brandy and herbs in a small preparation dish and soak for one hour. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and spices in a large mixing bowl.

In a smaller bowl, beat the egg until it's light, and fold in the honey, butter, and vanilla.

Mix the egg mixture and brandies herbs into the flour mixture, and stir just until all the ingredients are combined.

Drop by the spoonful onto a lightly greased and floured cookie sheet. Shape into half moons with your fingers.

Bake for 10 minutes, until the cookies are very lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly before moving onto a cookie cooling rack.
