Loving White Chocolate Chip And Raspberry Muffins

• 3 1/2 c. Flour
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 T and 2 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 2 Well Beaten Eggs
• 1 1/2 c. Milk
• 1/2 c. Oil
• 1 c. White Chocolate Chips
• 1 c. Raspberries ( Frozen works fine, reserve juice for extra flavor.)

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; make a well in center. Combine egg, milk ( add raspberry juice to make 1 1/2 cups ), and oil. Moisten dry ingredients and stir until most of the lumps are gone. Add chocolate chips stir to distribute. Fold in raspberries. Fill greased muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.

These muffins are good for a romantic breakfast for two (kids love them too)! Magical Uses: Raspberries are used for romance and love.Chocolate was once thought of as nectar of the gods. It is also thought of as a love food.
