Mom's Cream Cheese Frosted Pumpkin Bars


This is my Mom's own recipe!

Pumpkin Bars

Cream together:

Mix in:

Cream Cheese Frosting

Beat:

set aside:

Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 12x18x1 (Jellyroll) pan (can be made in large cake pan, just bake longer).

Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

Mix together cream cheese, stick of soft butter, milk or cream, vanilla. Beat till soft and creamy. Add the powdered sugar. Mix well. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
