Grease a cookie sheet with butter or no-stick spray or line with wax paper.
Coating hands with butter first will help stop the mixture from sticking to you!!
In a bowl, mix peanut butter and evaporated milk and about 3/4 of the box of confectioners sugar together WITH YOUR HANDS. Mixture should become stiffer, if not add more sugar.
After the mix has become stiff, spread mixture onto the cookie sheet.
Top with remainder of confectioners sugar, if you desire.
Place cookie sheet into the refrigerator over night.....or for at least 30 minutes.
