Vanilla Almond Horns

Sift the nuts with half the vanilla sugar, flour, and salt.

Work the butter in quickly.

Divide dough into about 8 equal pieces, wrap in baking paper and refrigerate for several hours.

Form 250 small horns.

Bake in coolish oven (about 325°F).

Let cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes, then roll each horn in more of the vanilla-castor sugar.
