Chicken In Garlic Wine Sauce

Place garlic in heavy-duty freezer bag and crush until all the juices flow freely. Place chicken in baking dish, pour 1 cup of white wine in the bag with the garlic. Pour garlic and wine mixture over chicken, add more wine until level of liquid barely covers the chicken. Cover and back at 375° for 45 minutes. Serve over rice pilaf.
