In a large skillet over medium heat, add lean ground meat, mushrooms and onions. Cook until done. Drain and discard grease. Add your cooking oil and stir well. Stir in the mushroom soup. Add your salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Let mixture get heated completely through until it begins to slightly bubble. Add sour cream and let heat completely through, but do not let it bubble. Serve warm over noodles.
