Salmon Filet 'In the Bag'

Carson Turner, Baedun Hill, North Carolina

Melt butter in small bowl. Add lemon and lime juice. Add herbs and garlic.

Spray the inside of a Reynolds Hot Bag Foil Bag with a nonstick spray.

Arrange salmon in the bag in a single layer, brush melted butter mixture over the salmon filets.

Seal bag and place in 450°F oven, bake for 40 minutes. Fish is easily flaked when done. Beware of escaping steam. Serve hot straight from oven.
