Tomato And Sea Vegetable Sauce

A sprinkle of the following herbs: oregano, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, basil

Virgin Olive oil for sauteing

Follow the directions for preparing sea vegetables and put aside. Peel and chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute onion, garlic and ginger in the oil for a few minutes, until the onion is transparent, but not brown. Add the canned tomatoes, including the juice, the tomato paste, sugar, wine, and mix. Add the bay leaf, sea vegetables, and other herbs. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta or spaghetti
