Chicken And Broccoli Noodle Soup

Put your chicken into a pot and cover with water. Bring the chicken to a boil and cook until done. Remove the chicken from the water and let cool so that you can debone, remove fat and grizzle. Turn the water down to medium and add onion, noodles, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Once the chicken has been removed from the bone and fat, cut up into bite size pieces. Add the chicken back to the noodle and water base. When everything is about done, add your broccoli. Make sure you have enough of the water base to give you a nice broth with your soup. Cook it down until it is done and you don't have excess water. Serve with crackers.
