Four Quarters Pasta Salad

1 (12-oz) box of tricolor Rotini, cooked, rinsed in cold water, drained.
1 med. cucumber, peeled and chopped (These two represent EARTH)
1 small sweet onion, diced
1 red pepper diced (this represents FIRE). May also add handful of grape tomatoes.)
1 cup diced chicken or turkey (AIR)
2 cups mixed shrimp, fake crab and/or fake lobster (WATER)
1 (16 oz) bottle Poppyseed Salad dressing (Laura Lynn, the Ingles brand, works best, for those who live in the SE. Other brands are not as sweet, so you may wish to add 1 Tblsp. honey.)
1-4 heaping Tblsp Miracle Whip or Mayo to taste

Mix pasta and salad dressing well, then add and mix other ingredients. Add Mayo to taste. Enjoy!
