Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise, homemade preferred
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons minced shallot or onion
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 to 10 ounces crumbled blue cheese, cheap grocery store stuff preferred
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine everything but the cheese.
- Stir in the cheese.
- Refrigerate for an hour or two before serving.

Makes about 2 cups.
